RE: Olivers Hill Safe Boat Refuge

Council advises the Council Report regarding the Olivers Hill Safe Boat Refuge will now be presented to Council at the April Ordinary Council Meeting on Monday 1 April, 2019.

Presenting the Olivers Hill Safe Boat Refuge report at the April Meeting allows Council officers time to ensure the privacy of all contributors to the process is upheld.

Members of the community who contributed to the community consultation process will be contacted shortly and will have ten days to respond, to confirm they are happy for their submission to be included in the meeting agenda and subsequent discussion.

It is important to Council officers and Councillors that the privacy of those contributing to the community consultation process is upheld.
