G'day

We welcome - indeed need - your input and support so that the SCC can represent as many local views as possible.

We are always looking for more active members - numbers indicate strength and strength gets things done.

If you like what you see on this Forum and would like to show your support for SCC’s activities, you can:

Who are we, why are we here and what are we doing?

We were formed with the assistance of FCC, but we are autonomous.
FCC Councillors, Council Managers and Officers attend our meetings and assist us with research and getting things done.
Our meetings are open to the public  http://www.seafordcc.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=69

Frankston City Council (FCC) held a public meeting of Seaford residents at the Seaford Community Centre in February, 2012 and in excess of 120 enthusiastic residents attended.

One of the proposed projects that received high support was the formation of a committee to voice and progress residents’ issues – the “Village Voice” (that's us).

The major outcome of that first meeting was the Seaford Local Area Plan - a To-Do List of issues raised.
