Interim arrangements organised by FCC and mostly funded by the State Govt - see attached.

Please drop us an email - seafordcc@gmail.com - if you would like to get involved. SHAC members have been volunteering with Frankston City Council and others with the provision of community meals. The current ad hoc and rostered system is far from perfect, but does fill a partial need.
