Bayside Shopping Centre launches campaign to raise money for disadvantaged

"BAYSIDE Shopping Centre has launched a campaign to aid Community Support Frankston — a vital service that assists the needy.
The three week ‘Creating Change’ campaign, which kicks off today (Monday), also aims to raise awareness about homelessness."
