The Victorian Homelessness Conference is an outstanding professional development opportunity for practitioners, policy makers, researchers and consumers of homelessness services.
Held bi-annually, the Victorian Homelessness Conference has earned a reputation as the leading event of its kind in Australia.
This year, running in parallel to the regular conference programming there will be a youth-specific conference stream thanks to joint conference partners, Melbourne City Mission. The keynote speaker: Professor Eoin O’Sullivan from Trinity College Dublin is a leading academic on homelessness in Europe, and editor of the European Journal on Homelessness. You can listen to Prof. O’Sullivan talk in this video about the Irish homelessness crisis, which has so many parallels with what we are seeing in Australia.
