The tiny yet affordable ‘Titan’ homes are popping up as guest houses, granny flats or parent retreats across the state's south-east.
“There are a lot of people who are really struggling,” Titan Garages owner Reeve Kruck told 9NEWS.
“I changed the roof, the ceiling, and put the awning out the front - just to make it look like a presentable house and not a glorified tin shed.”
