New supported accommodation facility for people with complex needs opens at Frankston

"A NEW supported disability accommodation facility has been opened at Frankston North.
Designed, built and managed by Community Housing Vic Ltd (CHVL), the development features a six bedroom home and two semi-independent units under one roof line."
