==================

This is an edited version of an email received via the Frankston Environmental Friends Network from Coastcare Victoria Facilitator - Port Phillip and Western Port - Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning. (I have omitted the Gippsland and Western Regional Coastal Plans. They are available via http://www.wcb.vic.gov.au.)

The three Regional Coastal Boards have developed draft Regional Coastal Plans, building on the Victorian Coastal Strategy as well stakeholder and community input from the scoping phase in March 2014.
