The date for feedback has been extended to 5pm 2 March 2018.

Footnote 17 March 2018:
Although the date for feedback to FCC has passed, there will be a chance to provide your thoughts for a short time. We'd be happy to pass your thoughts on during the roundtable discussions (soonish) if you email us (see below) - or you can add your ideas via the Feedback Form. They may still be accepted.

Here is "The Final Plan". Scroll up this page for previous concept plans and location of area under discussion.
(Note that the writing in red is mine.)

Works are scheduled for completion by the end of July 2019.
It's unsure how this will affect Kananook and Carrum train commuters, who are being told to park here by the LXRA.
