You may have noticed barricades in the area. There's no need for concern.
Frankston City Council (FCC) advises that "this is a South East Water Project: McKenzie Street Rising Main Renewal Project. It is being constructed on Council and Melbourne Water land and consultations have been held to address environment and construction issues due to its proximity to RAMSAR wetlands."
