Ok, time to panic a bit.
A new Permit Application has been submitted in late 2021 for this site.

No, don't panic - it's not up again ........
This was one of the first issues we assisted others to address in 2012 (before this forum was created).
I thought it deserved its own Topic.

No, we didn't win it all by ourselves.
- SCRAM was the community group hastily-formed to successfully fight the proposal - there was a Facebook Page (now defunct)
- VicRoads was the main objector - excellent!
