Another Milestone: Licence Agreement - Down’s Estate

The group can now announce that it is has signed a Licence Agreement with Frankston City Council. There has been much discussion in recent weeks to bring this about and they now have a key to the gate (!).
Works will commence on the shed to make it fit for public use in the very near future - this is anticipated to completed by Council by June 30.
People who use the Shared User path may have noticed quite a lot of slashing has been done near buildings (to allow for future community use) and across the large paddock (for future revegetation).
